What’s your winter project and will it get done by spring?

I’m lining up my winter schedule and want to know who else is taking in more work than they can handle over the winter season.

So far I have a Nauticat 36 that needs a complete re-decking in Burmese teak, a 22’ Manatee center console that needs everything because it was Gradnpa’s, a 17’ Boston Whaler Montauk that needs everything from the tank to the motor( like the Manatee) a deck re-core and restoration of an Ensign and possibly a restoration of a 20’ Shamrock center console.
